Product Structure of Engineered Chevron flooring
1. THE SILK MATT UV FINISH
There are many surface treatments available, and they differ depending on the high-quality wood species and desired appearance. Contrarily, the Silk Matt UV finish keeps the wear- and scratch-resistant qualities of UV lacquer while having an ultra-matte gloss of less than 5% and feeling like a naturally oiled surface.
2. REAL SOILD WOOD WEAR LAYER
Natural floors are thought to last longer and be of superior quality since they may be sanded and refinished if necessary in the future and have a thicker wear layer. The majority of engineered wood floors can be recoated, regardless of the wear layer thickness, and if properly maintained and cared for, all engineered floors may last a very long period, making them an investment that pays off.
3. SUPPORTIVE CENTRAL CORE
The core of an engineered wood floor is constructed of a composite of softwood, high density fiberboard, or plywood, making it more adaptable and producing a more stable floor, especially in areas where moisture levels are prone to fluctuation.There is also a special design of tongue equipment installation system which is easier for customers to install and enhances the stability of the structure.
